Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

by means of a clear statement, for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail, of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early start of the service

The activation is a service that can often be performed within the withdrawal period. If you expressly request that we begin before the withdrawal period has expired, you must pay us a reasonable amount for the service already provided should you subsequently withdraw.

Before payment, the checkout asks you to confirm the following separately from the confirmation of your configuration:

“I expressly request that JLR Activations begin the activation before the end of the withdrawal period. I acknowledge that I lose my right of withdrawal once the service has been performed in full.”

If you gave that confirmation and we have performed the service in full, your right of withdrawal lapses in accordance with section 356 (4) of the German Civil Code. If you withdraw while the service is only partly performed, you owe us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion already provided, compared with the total scope of the contract.

We record this confirmation together with its date and the exact wording shown to you, so that both sides can rely on what was agreed.

Language

This policy is published in English. Hirsch Racing is established in Germany; the German model withdrawal instructions have a wording prescribed by law, and that German version governs. We provide it on request.
